FireBow has a management team of full time consultants comprising individuals with complementary expertise. The team’s experience and knowledge includes fire science, fire detection/protection systems engineering, process engineering, fire protection/safety systems auditing, hazard assessment, major incident fire fighting, system commissioning and training.
The expertise in the Management Team is supplemented by other in-house consultants and by the use of associated consultants in specialist areas such as insurance or security issues. Thus Fire-Bow can provide a balanced, independent analysis of all fire hazard management problems and offer practical solutions based on hands-on experience. Virgil has been involved in the Fire And Explosions strategy implementation, Fire Risk evaluation, systems protection requirements, control and containment philosophies for over 25years. He has held various strategic level positions in the oil and gas industry, including Chief Fire Officer for Shell in Nigeria, Head OF Fire Services for Qatar Petroleum Dukhan, Chief Fire Officer for the Nigerian Airport Authority Port Harcourt, and Fire Master ZADCO offshore team in Abu Dhabi.
Educated in the United Kingdom, he holds a Masters degree in Emergency Planning and Disaster Management from the University Of Hertfordshire, a Bachelors degree in Fire Safety Technology from the London South Bank University, as well as the British Safety Council International Diploma in Occupational Safety And Health (IDipIOSH).
Virgil is a Fellow of the Institution Of Fire Engineers, Fellow of Civil Protection And Emergency Management (FICPEM), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Education Assessors, and hold membership of International Institute of Risk and Safety Management among others. He was a Commonwealth Foundation Fire Engineering Scholarship winner in 1986, and his published work on Crash Management under impact-survivable aircraft Accidents was supervised by the Institution Of Fire Engineers. Bill's fire engineering career spans through several years of meritorious Services to the United Kingdom fire services. Bill mentored, coached and worked with Fire-Bow CEO at the Buckinghamshire Fire and rescue service during 1997. Mr. Bill Tucker brings his wealth of experience as an on-call subject matter expert in Fire Risk assessment and evaluation. He is currently a Director at Kudos Safety UK Limited - a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08145700. Kudos collaboration with Fire-Bow has greatly improved opportunities for great clients interest and patronage in the services we provide the Nigerian Nation.

Educated in England, Dr. Onyema is Fire-Bow’s Director of Environment, Spill Response, Contingency Planning, Control and Local Content. Onyema is a highly respected Agro-Technocrat with more than 30 years of experience. He had served and worked for, and in several UN Agricultural development projects in Nigeria and Overseas.

Asanimo Akpdeye Omezi(Mrs), is Fire-Bow’s Business Development Director (Eastern operations). Mrs Omezi is a seasoned Production Engineer with over 30 years corporate experience in oil and gas at the strategic decision-making level.
Mrs Omezi is a growth-Oriented Professional engineer, excelling in devising & implementing innovative Fire And Explosions Risk management and development strategies to propel improved Fire-Bow service delivery, and streamline branding efforts ensuring augmented revenues and year on year growth for Fire-Bow.
Asanimo has served in several top-level capacities in oil and industry, and held top management level positions such as Executive Director at LbenerG Ltd; General Manager at Frigate Upstream And Energy Services Ltd, General Manager at Librod Chemicals Limited, Chief Operating Officer at Dateline Energy Services Limited, General Manager Integrated Corporate Services, Head Of Administration at NOTORE Chemicals Limited, Divisional Manager and head of Operations – overseeing and managing OANDO PLc’s Process and Risk Management and Control.
As Shell Nigeria’s Business Improvement Consultant, Mrs Omezi led several Safety Engineering development projects, proving technical input to Safety Engineering and de-bottle-necking projects.
As a core Technical Safety and HSE trained Professional, she had successfully automated safety data that led to the reduction of time used in reporting statistics by 14 days in Shell Petroleum Development Company Port Harcourt (SPDC) 1993; and as General Manager in OANDO, she dexterously implemented a business control framework that reduced trade account receivables (TAR) by 200% in Oando Nig Ltd. 2002.
Her tenor in Notore Chemical Services Ltd was equally exceptional, where she successfully delivered first Urea in the organization through focused result oriented 0project management.
